Don Lowe — Chief Executive Officer
Don Lowe is the president and CEO of Franchise Services,
Inc., the parent company of Sir Speedy. Lowe joined
Sir Speedy in 1981 as president until 1996. Under his leadership,
Sir Speedy grew from 320 printing centers and network sales
of $50 million to more than 700 printing, copying and document
management centers with combined annual sales of more than
$600 million. Lowe also plays an active role in the printing
industry, and has been a member of the Electronic Document
Systems Foundation Board of Directors since 2001. Prior
to Sir Speedy, Lowe served as senior vice president for
Kampgrounds of America.

Richard Lowe — President
Richard Lowe was appointed president of Sir Speedy, Inc. in 2006. He first joined the Sir Speedy network in 1989 as director of Copies Now. In 1998 he became vice president of franchise services and also served as president of Digital Quickcolor, Inc., FSIfs research and development facility. He was promoted to senior vice president of the print management group in October 2004. Prior to Sir Speedy, Richard started his career in the printing industry as a copy products sales representative for Eastman Kodak.

Christian Lau — Assistant Vice President, Information Technology
Christian joined Sir Speedy in late 2004 to lead the technology operations of the company. This includes
managing our data center and network operations, e-commerce and website properties,
application and system development activities, and all technical infrastructure at
our corporate facilities. Christian brings over 12 years of technical experience to our company.
Prior to joining the company he was the Information Technology Director for Jupiter Media's
PictureArts division, and the Systems and Technology Manager for Reed Elsevier's Harcourt Education
Group.

Kelly Kimberlin — Assistant Vice President, Strategic Development
In October 2004, Kelly Kimberlin was promoted to assistant vice president of
strategic development. He joined Sir Speedy, Inc. in 2000 as the director of
e-business. Two years later, he was promoted to director of research and development
for Sir Speedy and Digital Quickcolor, Inc. Kimberlin also sits on Konica’s
Customer Council and provides feedback from the Sir Speedy network on products
and services. Previously, Kimberlin was the director of sales and marketing
for a large service bureau and managed a commercial offset printing company.

Randal Long — Assistant Vice President, International Development
Randal Long was appointed to assistant vice president of international development
in November 1998. after previously serving as a senior director and manager
of international development. Long joined SirSpeedy in 1983 as a business representative.
Prior to Sir Speedy, he was the vice president of sales and marketing for CopyRight
Printing in Denver, CO.
